The service, notably from Anukul, Ajay, and Pravin, is cooperative and accommodating, enhancing the stay. Dining options are pleasant with excellent service, while the location adds to the convenience despite minor drawbacks in room features.

The hotel offers secure and neat rooms with tasty food options; the service is polite and quick, especially Shashibhushan Yadav stands out for exceptional service. The location is superb, near the airport and railway station. Dining is varied and delicious. However, the sweet biscuits were a nice touch.

The hotel has cool rooms and fantastic facilities that we enjoyed a lot. However, the noise from the family room attached was disruptive throughout the night. The service was supportive and excellent, especially from Shashibhushan, but there were some unprofessional aspects. The location, behind Himalaya Mall, was kind and positive overall, though it was challenging to find due to the mall blocking the view. The dining experience was good quality and clean, particularly at breakfast and dinner buffets.
